WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?
Both the ceremony and the reception will be at The Oaks in Ponchatoula in the Live Oak Ballroom.

HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?
From I-55 (North or South):
• Take Exit 26 for LA-22 toward Ponchatoula.
• Head east on LA-22 for approximately 3.5 miles.
• The venue will be on your right!
From I-12 & S Airport Road:
• Take Exit 22 for Airport Road (LA-3158).
• Turn left onto Airport Road and continue for about 3.5 miles (N Hoover Rd.)
• Turn right onto LA-22 and drive half a mile.
• The venue will be on your left!

WHERE SHOULD GUESTS PARK? IS PARKING FREE
Venue parking is on the right at the entrance of The Oaks. Parking is free.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoor/outdoor. In the event of inclement weather, both will be indoors.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. For example: Ladies can wear cocktail dresses or slacks and a blouse, and the gentlemen can wear slacks or khakis and a button up with optionally a tie and jacket.

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS? WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I STAY?

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
No. Please do not take your phone out to take photos or videos during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer! Feel free to take photos once the reception starts. Thank you!

WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE SERVED AT THE RECEPTION? WHAT KIND OF FOOD?
Yes, we will update this as soon as the catering menu is finalized.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes. The bar will be serving beer, wine, and top-shelf mixed drinks. Outside alcohol will not be permitted.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
